Step 2A – Connect Sirvoy with ContaVoy

In this step you will tell Sirvoy to send booking data to ContaVoy using a webhook.

1. Copy the webhook URL from ContaVoy.

2. Sign in to Sirvoy.

3. Go to Settings → Sirvoy account.

4. Find the section Booking event webhook, and click Add.

5. Paste the webhook URL from ContaVoy.

6. Optionally give the webhook a name, like "e-conomic via ContaVoy".

7. Click Save.

8. Return to ContaVoy and click Save and continue.

The webhook allows ContaVoy to receive booking data from your Sirvoy account.
This is required for ContaVoy to be able to process your Sirvoy data.

Step 2B – Connect and Configure Sirvoy with ContaVoy

With the Sirvoy webhook setup, you're ready to configure the connection details in ContaVoy

In the next step, you have a few options.

• Customer Key Reference
  We recommend using the pre-selected value of Email. If multiple bookings are made using the same email address, the same customer account will be applied.

• Start From Finance Date

  Use this to let ContaVoy know exactly which date to start processing invoices and payments from.

• Ignore Until Billed

  Sirvoy will send a lot of booking data to ContaVoy even before the booking as converted to a billed sales.

  Select this to let ContaVoy ignore the bookings until they have been invoiced.

• Use ledger account as product number

  If you want Sirvoy invoices to transfer to real accounting invoices, then each invoice line must have a product.
  This setting allows you to let the "ledger account" serve as product number for the invoice lines.

• Process Payments

  Select this if you want this integration workflow to also handle payments registered in Sirvoy.
